Built
by Hand.
Driven
by Craft.
Dixon Woodworks was founded on a simple belief: good work takes time, patience, and pride. What started as a small garage hobby has grown through dedication and countless hours at the workbench. Every piece is built with intention — from the first cut to the final finish.
I focus on creating furniture and custom builds that feel solid, honest, and made to last. Whether it’s a walnut table, custom cedar lawn furniture, or a restoration project, the goal is always the same: craftsmanship you can feel the moment you touch it.
Meet the Maker
I’m Kevin Dixon — woodworker, designer, U.S. Army veteran, and the hands behind every project that leaves this shop.

I work with hardwoods like walnut, maple, and oak, and I also build extensively with cedar, especially for outdoor furniture and lawn pieces. I incorporate brass, steel, and traditional joinery whenever the project calls for it.
I believe in:
-
Precision over shortcuts
-
Quality materials over mass‑produced parts
-
Building pieces that outlast trends
This isn’t factory work. It’s craftsmanship.
The Vancouver Workshop
Dixon Woodworks is currently run out of my garage workshop in Vancouver, WA — a space that’s constantly evolving as the business grows. It’s outfitted with the hand tools, chisels, planes, and equipment needed to deliver precise, reliable work.
It’s not a massive commercial shop — it’s a craftsman’s workspace. And that’s exactly why every piece gets the attention it deserves.
